?

I don't know much of anything these days. I want to work on the site and finish it. But a part of me doesn't care anymore. There is so much going on right now... I don't know where to begin. I don't know where it will end. Day by day. Hour by hour...

This One Is On Us

This One Is On Us is a amazing group of people that have collected footage from dozens of fans plus over 400gb of unofficial HD footage from 3 Nine Inch Nails shows from 2008. A deal to have James Cameron film a show in HD and release a 3D DVD was squashed last year. So NIN announced certain shows that would have minimal security and would allow fans to record the shows. This One Is On Us took it upon themselves to collect as much footage as possible and release a 2 disc DVD for free! Fans from all over the world have contributed their footage, artistic abilities, and creative input to make this an official fan release. This is a response to Trent Reznors "this one is on me" when he released "The Slip" last year for free.

This is an amazing project and I cannot wait to get my hands on a free copy. This One Is On Us is looking for anyone that can assist with DVD burning, packaging, and mailing of the final release. You have to be a member of the site in order to contribute or receive a free copy. Right now they are only accepting existing members of nin.com or echoingthesound.org to prevent trolling. Eventually this will be open to anyone interested. I've seen some of the footage and it is amazing.

Fans submitted their ideas for a title for the DVD and voted on which was the best. The winner is "Another Version of the Truth". They will also include "Nine Inch Nails Live" and "This One Is On Us" somewhere on the cover. Currently fans are submitting their ideas for cover artwork and I'm sure voting will start very soon.

If you are interested in an audio rip of any one of the 3 shows you can download that at echoing the sound. There is a debate on which show has the best audio. I downloaded the Victoria show and it sounds damn good.

Progress

Just a bit. But it is progress. I've been working on the resume and portfolio sections and hope to at least have the resume complete by the end of this week.

Continuity

I've recently started working on the site again. Not much but at least a little bit each night during the week. I am working on a making a bit more continuity between the different sections. I'm starting with the Resume page. Slowly but surly this site will see completion.
